  9.          Here you can generate statements about all posted
  10.          contributions.  The statement generation options described
  11.          below are also available from the "New Contributions"
  12.          "Choices" menu.
  13.  
  14.          Statements can be obtained for:
  15.  
  16.          - Single Member. Generate a statement for one member listing
  17.            all pledges and posted contributions made during a
  18.            specified time period.
  19.  
  20.          - Family. Generate a statement for all members of one family
  21.            listing all pledges and posted contributions made during a
  22.            specified time period.
  23.  
  24.          - All Members. Generate a statement for each member listing
  25.            all pledges and posted contributions made during a
  26.            specified time period.
  27.  
  28.          - By Member. Generate a statement listing all posted
  29.            contributions made during a specified time period by all
  30.            members.
  31.  
  32.          - By Date. Generate a statement listing in date order all
  33.            posted contributions made by all members and for all funds.
  34.  
  35.          - By Fund. Generate a statement for all funds listing all
  36.            posted contributions by all members during a specified time
  37.            period.

  39.          To begin generating statements:
  40.  
  41.          Press <S> at the "Stewardship" menu and press <Enter>.

  65.                prompted to post these contributions first whenever you
  66.                generate a statement. In that case a message window
  67.                will appear:

  82.          message as set up by you. To find out more about setting up a

  89.               6.61  Single Member Statement

  92.               Here you generate a statement for one member listing all
  93.               pledges and posted contributions made during a specified
  94.               time period.

  96.               To generate a "Single Member" statement:

  98.               A. Select "Single Member" from the statements "Choices"
  99.                  menu, and press <Enter>.
  100.  
  101.               B. If there are unposted contributions:
  102.  
  103.                  Press <Y> to post them now, or
  104.  
  105.                  press <N> to not post them now and proceed.
